Sidewalks and Shoulders

A sidewalk is defined as that area between the property line and the curb line of an abutting road.  The improved or unimproved shoulder can be used by pedestrians.  It is the responsibility of the abutting property owner to maintain that area free of all litter and attractive nuisances and to keep the area unobstructed.
